R & Partners – Law Firm is one of the leading bilingual law firms in Rwanda specialized in Business and Corporate Law, Banking and Finance, Arbitration and Litigation. The Law Firm has been founded in February 2006 by Richard Rwihandagaza, who is practicing law as an Attorney since May 2001.
The firm brings together a range of competencies and combined experience in a variety of disciplines and assignments, which are relevant to the needs of the clients.

The law firm is based in Kigali at 12, KG 428 Avenue, Kagugu - Kinyinya- Kigali. The firm’s client base includes commercial, industrial and mining companies, Embassies, INGOs, banking and financial institutions, real estate developers, as well as individuals.
Currently R & Partners has a team of four advocates. The firm is in process to expand its human resources to accommodate more lawyers.
Being a member of the East African Law Society through the Rwanda Bar Association allows R & Partners – Law Firm to strengthen its skills and widen its territorial scope. The firm is in process of establishing partnerships with other law firms around the world in order to draw the expertise of such firms thus ensure that clients receive the best advice and services available.
